TERMS & CONDITIONS 01/11/2024 - 31/10/2025:
- The above rates are net per room per night inclusive of municipality fee, service charge and VAT; In the event of any governmental change to the a fore mentioned Service Charge, VAT and the Tourism Dirham Fee the hotel reserves the right to amend the rates accordingly.
- Tourism Dirham Fee: Rates are subject to TDF per bedroom, per night
- The above rates are per room per night, inclusive of Buffet Breakfast, in accordance with the below maximum occupancy
INCIDENTAL AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
- Mandatory Charges: Tourism Dirham fee per bedroom per night,
- Parking available on site of the jetty.
- Porterage: Hotel will provide Porterage service at no additional cost.
- A Daily Deposit per stay, for the duration of the stay will be collected upon arrival for incidental charges, however it is not mandatory.
ROOM DESCRIPTIONS
- No connecting rooms available
- Disabled rooms are available upon request.
- All guest rooms have king-size beds, no twin bedrooms available.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
- Minimum age of 18 years or above is required for a stay at the Hotel. This is an adults-only hotel, children and/or minors are not allowed on the premises of the Hotel unless agreed by the Hotel in writing at the time of reservation.
- Check-in time is 15:00 hrs on the arrival date.
- Check-out time is 12:00 noon on the departure date.
Check-in before 10:00 hrs will be subject to 100% of the room rate and is subject to availability.
Check-out between 12:00 and 18:00 hrs. will be subject to 50% room rate charge and is subject to availability.
Check-out later than 18:00 hrs. will be subject to 100% of the room charge
NO-SHOW POLICY:
In case of no-show entire stay will be charged
